Sofritas (organic tofu) brings 8g of protein per serving; double the beans and add sofritas to reach 25–35g of plant protein. Everything except cheese, sour cream and queso is vegan. Guacamole is free on veggie orders, so plant-based bowls are tasty but not automatically low-calorie.
